Malleable iron a brass. Annealed cutout support plate decorated with a brass latticework and a case bearing relief brass tracery. Pierced, filed, and engraved Baroque ornamentation on the latticework on the case, which features a centre cartouche of scalloping, an engraved lion, and the monogram “J X”.
